While we strive to accurately represent our vehicles, we strongly suggest and encourage you to personally inspect the vehicle you are interested in. We are happy to allow serious buyers to take the vehicle on a test drive. Independent inspections are also welcomed and encouraged. The inspections must be done by appointment.
We do our very best to insure the authenticity of our vehicles. However, we cannot 100% guarantee any vehicle's history which would include subjects like matching numbers. In most cases, collector vehicles have changed hands dozens of times in their history. It is virtually impossible to know 100% what is original or what may have been altered by a previous owner. The buyer must perform their own due diligence when it comes to authentication. Classic & Collectible Cars is not responsible for information about the vehicle discovered after its purchase.
No vehicle will be held or removed from the market without placing a holding deposit. The standard holding deposit is $500.00. This holds the vehicle for the buyer for 7 days to allow for personal or independent inspection. It is applied to the purchase price but it is NON REFUNDABLE regardless whether the vehicle is purchased. All vehicles are sold AS IS. There are NO WARRANTIES on the vehicle or any of its components.
Final payment must be in the form of CASH, CASHIERS CHECK or BANK WIRE TRANSFER. Classic & Collectible Cars reserves the right to refused any payment deemed questionable. All sales are final and all refunds received are non refundable. A nominal $149.00 documentation fee is added to the purchase price. Nevada residents are responsible for Nevada Sales Tax, smog certificate fee (applicable on all vehicles 1968 and newer) and Nevada title fee.
